Eligibility Criteria: DGAFMS Recruitment 2025
All the interested candidates must have the following qualification in order to be eligible for DGAFMS recruitment drive:
Educational Qualification
(1) Accountant:
- Education: Degree in commerce from a recognized University OR 12th Class or equivalent qualification with two years of experience in Cash, Account and Budget work in a Government Office/PSU/Autonomous body/Statutory body.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
(2) Stenographer Grade II:
- Education: 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
(3) Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- Education: 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on manual typewriter; OR a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
(4) Store Keeper:
- Education: 12th class from a recognized Board or University. One-year experience in handling stores and keeping accounts in a store or a concern of Central or State Government, autonomous or statutory organization, PSUs or University or banks or in a private sector organization listed on the stock exchange(s) of India.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
(5) Photographer:
- Education: 12th pass or equivalent. Diploma in Photography. Desirable: Three years experience in photography, and must be fully conversant with the art and technique of photography and knowledge of laboratory processing work.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
(6) Fireman:
- Education: Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Must have undergone training in Fire Fighting and be conversant with the use and maintenance of fire appliances and equipment.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years0
(7) Cook:
- Education: Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Proficiency in the trade.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
(8) Lab Attendant:
- Education: Matriculation or equivalent with Science as one of the subjects. Preferably should have worked in a laboratory or Chemical/Drug factory for one year.
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
(9) Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
- Education: Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
(10) Tradesman Mate:
- Education: Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or Ex-servicemen of appropriate trade. Apprenticeship or competency in any one of the following trades: Fitter, Welder, Watch Repairer, Blacksmith, Molder, Cutler, Painter, Tinsmith, Tin and Coppersmith, Carpenter and Joiner, and Sawyer.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
(11) Washerman:
- Education: Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Board. Proficiency in the trade.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
(12) Carpenter & Joiner:
- Education: Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Certificate in the trade from a recognized industrial training institute or apprenticeship at a reputed establishment/firm; three years experience in the trade.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
(13) Tinsmith:
- Education: Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Certificate in the trade from a recognized technical industrial training institute or apprenticeship at a reputed establishment/firm; three years experience in the trade.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
The Relaxations for SC/ST and OBC candidates as per government rules are available.
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years
