Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the JCI Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
(1) Junior Assistant: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
(2) Accountant: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
(3) Junior Inspector: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Age Limit
The age limit varies for different posts:
- Junior Assistant: 18 to 30 years
- Accountant: 18 to 32 years
- Junior Inspector: 18 to 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Selection Process
The selection process for JCI Recruitment 2024 is given below:
(I) Online Examination (CBT): Candidates will have to give an online test, it will assess your knowledge and skills related to the position you are applying for.
(II) Document Verification: Candidates who clear the above stage will then have to appear for document verification. All the required documents will be verified in this stage. If errors are found in any of the documents, the concerned candidate will be disqualified.

The exam pattern for the online examination is as follows:
Junior Assistant:
- General Awareness: 25 questions
- Reasoning Ability: 25 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions
- English Language: 25 questions
Accountant:
- General Awareness: 25 questions
- Reasoning Ability: 25 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions
- Accountancy: 25 questions
Junior Inspector:
- General Awareness: 25 questions
- Reasoning Ability: 25 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions
- English Language: 25 questions
Each question carries one mark, and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will be offered a great salary along with various benefits. The salary details for different posts are as follows:
- Junior Assistant: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Accountant: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Junior Inspector: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
In addition to the salary, candidates will also be get various benefits such as medical facilities, provident fund, gratuity, and leave travel concession.
