Eligibility Criteria
All the interested candidates must have the following qualification in order to be eligible for IDBI recruitment drive:
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

(3) Register/Login: Register if you’re a new user or log in if you already have an account.
(4) Fill the Application Form: Complete the online application form with the required details.
(5) Upload Documents: Upload necessary documents such as educational certificates, age proof, etc.
(6) Submit the Form: Submit the application form and pay the application fee (if applicable).
(7) Print Confirmation: Keep a printout of the application form for future reference.

- For SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Rs. 250/-

Documents Required
(I) Educational Certificates: Proof of graduation (degree certificate and mark sheets).
(II) Age Proof: Birth certificate, matriculation certificate, or government-issued ID showing date of birth.
(III) Caste Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC candidates, as per government standards.
(IV) PWD Certificate: For Persons with Disabilities (if applicable).
(V) Experience Certificates: If claiming any relevant work experience.
(VI) Photo ID Proof: Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, or driving license.
(VII) Passport-sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs as per specifications.
(VIII) Signature: Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature.
(IX) Application Fee Receipt: Proof of payment of the application fee.
Selection Process
(I) Online Test (OT): The candidates applying for IDBI will have to give an online test. The test will comprise of Logical reasoning, data interpretation & Analysis, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking/Awareness/Computer/IT subjects. It will have negative marking.

(II) Document Verification: All the documents of candidate who qualified in the online test will be verified in this stage.
(III) Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by IDBI bank to check the suitability of the candidate for the Executive post.
(IV) Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT): In order to check if the candidate is medically fit to perform the duties, you will have to take a medical test.

Salary/ Pay Scale
The ESOs will receive a lump sum or fixed consolidate remuneration during the 2 years of training period as: Rs. 29,000/- per month in the first year of service and Rs. 31,000/- per month in the Second year.
- First Year: ₹29,000 per month
- Second Year: ₹31,300 per month
Note: After successfully completing the 2 year training period, candidate will become eligible for the position of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ in the Bank through s selection process which will be conducted by the IDBI Bank.
