IndiaMART is hiring for talented Associate Engineers to join their team. The ideal candidate is supposed to gather & refine specifications & requirements based on technical needs.  The candidates should execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC). You have to create & maintain software documentation & write well designed and testable code.

Required Qualifications:

(1) Candidate should have 90% and above percentage in 10th & 12th.

(2) Candidates should have 60% & above percentage in BE/BTECH

(3) Candidates must have BE/BTECH from IT/CSE or related field only.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

(1) Building highly optimized applications for performance and stability.

(2) Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, design, development, testing,
deployment, and maintenance

(3) Working along with cross functional teams in different stages of the projects

(4) Collaborate Analyze and refine technical requirements with stakeholders and business
owners to ensure they align with business objectives and technical feasibility

(5) Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and
studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes

(6) Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing software

(7) Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards

(8) Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

(9) Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables

(10) Detailed measurement and regular improvement in technical goals
